Rented a motorcycle from this place a few weeks ago to get out of the city during a vacation with my girlfriend. All I can say is this place is awkward. The rental guy I think his name was Eric wasn't very friendly and it felt like we were wasting his time or beneath him or something. He asked where we were going and I told him we were riding out to Death Valley national park. He made a cringe face and I asked what the problem was. He said they hated it when people make that ride as there is no cell service and few gas stations. I had done my research and knew that these issues were part of the ride and planned accordingly. If he left it there it would have been fine but in front of my girlfriend he said, "It is really the passenger that takes the full brunt of that ride its hot, dry and hard on the machine." Well thanks for that I bet that made my girlfriend really stoked for the ride. Considering it costs more to rent the bike for one day than for a month's payment on a bike I thought they would have been nicer and more accommodating.
Long story short we had a blast driving through the mountains and desert. I would recommend that ride to anyone who is not used to the desert and wants to get out there and see some awesome stuff. Just get in and out of the dealership as quick as possible so you don't have to deal with the staff. I will say the man in the back of the shop walked us through the bikes features was friendly.
