  • I have never in my life seen a group of unprofessional people like this. I had an appointment at 10 am and arrived at 9:30 am did all the paperwork and was waiting to be called. So at 9:48 someone called me and told me that they needed to reschedule my appointment because the ultrasound tech had an emergency. I dont understand how a really big place like this doesn't have anybody else to do it. Just as simple as that. They didn't care about my necessity as a patient or my time. I understand that things happens when less expect it, but how come a place like is not prepare for "employees emergencies". They think that they can fix it by saying "I apologize" you guys have no idea what I have to do to be there on time for my appointment. If the situation was the other way around you probably would charge me for not showing up to the appointment. And by the way this appointment was scheduled like 3 months in advance. It's Just DISRESPECTFUL.
