  • Of all the restaurants that I have been to in the Valley, Richardson's is in the top two (a tie between Yasu Sushi). Richardson's food is fantastic. My favorite is the Sea Bass -- which is listed on the blackboard (one mounted on two sides of the restaurant). The fish is perfectly cooked. And there is an excellent tortilla-like food beneath the fish. The Carne Adovada is also very good. Some entrĂ©es include salad. Further, if you order tea, they come out with a 007 case filled with an assortment of teas. The strip mall that Richardson's is in was once extremely "ghetto" in appearance. However, they recently completed renovations. Expect a large crowd during mealtime hours. And because the restaurant is relatively small, expect to wait. Richardson's accepts reservations. However, there is a minimum amount of people that must be in your party -- which is four, if I recall correctly. Prices range from about $15 to $30. Additional Notes: - Lighting is on the darker side. - On colder days, the fireplace is lit up -- which provides for a nice ambiance.
