  • Extremely impressed at how knowledgeable and honest the owner of this business is. He literally fixed my watch in front of me for $20. Yes, 20 bucks. He took his time and drew a diagram to just explain to me how the mechanism of watch works. C'mom who does that these day? Well he does. Hence, he's earned my business for life. I will not go anywhere else. I must add that prior to coming here, I went to a watch repair place in Henderson. I do not want to offend anyone but it's off Pecos/Windmill and his name is Anthony. They wanted to charge me $80 to get my automatic watch working. My watch only cost me $100. Good thing I came to Sears Grand Watch for a second opinion.
