  • I've lived here a few years now. I stay because I love the location, the actual apartment is a nice set up, and because moving is expensive and I know they will nickel and dime me for everything when I move out, so I will have to save up quite a bit to get out. Yet, with how they ridiculously raise the rent every year for no additional benefit, eventually soon I will need to go. By far, the office staff and maintenance is the worst thing about this place. Work requests take weeks, and usually aren't done correctly. If you can even reach an office staff, they are rude. They spent I don't even know how much money renovating the front office (that no one ever seems to be at - I went to turn in a key copy when I changed my lock, and had to go 5 different times during posted office hours before someone was actually there), yet if I want them to change the bulb in my vaulted ceiling (a good 10 feet above my reach), then I will have to pay them $10. I strongly suggest not getting trapped in a lease here. Go to one of the surrounding properties or rent a house. They charge so much here, you could find a house for the same price, easy. **Added entry October 2017** They have changed management and it's even worse. They are finding every way they can to increase fees (for example a "valet trash" service that picks up our garbage that we can not opt out of and will now be forced to pay an extra fee monthly for). Do not move here! I am looking for a new place when my lease is up because this place isn't worth the prices they charge.
