  • I had these guys fix my big screen once before and had good service. This was about 2 years ago. I had kept their business card so if it happened again I could call them. Well this time I was very disappointed with their customer service. I called and left several messages to have them call me back and never received a call back. When I finally got someone on the phone I was told that he wasn't sure if they could get parts but he would call me back. 4 days later when I called them back I was again told he wasn't sure and he would call me back. Nothing. I was told they didn't think they could get parts but when I did a google search I found the parts on the internet? I told them this and he said " ok, let me call you back when I find something out". Again...No call back. I eventually just went and bought a new tv.
