  • This place rocks! I had designed, ordered, and paid a huge premium for rush shipping on a batch of shirts from zazzle for my step-son' s karate team for their big yearly tournament. A week went by and no shirts and no updates from zazzle. When I finally got a hold of the customer service it sounded like they were in a shipping container somewhere over the Pacific. They said oops, forgot to make your order, nothing we can do about it, you'll get a refund in 7 to 10 days. With no time to spare I immediately rushed down to Brand X (the little shop I'd walked by on Mill Ave a dozen times but never went in) and they put together a killer shirt and had them done by 4pm the next day! The shirts looked great, were a third the price of zazzle, and no shipping charge! I've used zazzle and cafe press before but never again. This will definitely be my go-to custom graphic design shop from now on.
