We have lived here for a little over 6 months and overall we do like the place.
Parking: Parking is okay. We do have a garage for one of the cars but we other car we park out in the parking lot. The key is just to try to get home before everybody else does. It's usually not too bad but sometimes we get home late and have to park clear out in front of one of the other buildings.
Noise: Great! We hardly hear our neighbors(besides the dog next door occasionally) and sometimes wonder if we eve have neighbors!
Grounds: No complaints here
Construction: We love the granite counters and the cabinets are nice to look at but you can kind of tell that they're on the cheap side. I am not a huge fan of the "wood-like" flooring. In our entry way the flooring is uneven, there's actually a big dip that is pretty noticeable when you stand on it probably due to the renovation.
In the bathrooms the trim is pretty damaged, it looks like a dog chewed it up and they just painted over it from the previous tenant.
The only thing that bothers us about the walls and ceilings are bubbling in some parts of the drywall and some other damages to the walls that seem like they were just quickly repaired and painted over. The carpet was fine, not new but fine. At first we were happy that the washer and dryer were out on the patio so we wouldn't have to deal with the noise, but after a while it was just a little inconvenient.
Maintenance: Awesome! They almost always get things done within 24 hours!
Staff: Friendly
Overall: Besides the niit-picky construction complaints, everything has been great. We understand everything can't be perfect in a rental
