  • Very frustrating trying to find decent medical care. Went for my first appointment here after switching PCM's and everything seemed fairly normal for the first few minutes. Location is very accessible and there is plenty of parking. Showed up to a waiting room with very few people and began to do my paperwork as normally requested for a first timer. After turning in my paperwork 10 minutes prior to my appointment time, I was finally called in about 15 minutes after my scheduled time. Not enthused about people being called in that came in after me. The doctor visit was brief but to the point. Nothing to write home about as far as the level of interest (care) from the medical team. Between the nurse and PA that spoke to me, the time spent questioning was about 15 minutes. Finally, I had to wait for one last person to speak to me and waited 20 minutes before some nurse popped her head in and said, "oh you're still here? I promise that you're next". She left and said that she was going to get the person coming to see me. After another 30 minutes of nothing, I had enough. I let them know I was done. I am a very patient person but there was no excuse for this under their circumstance.
