rev:text	I actually found this place by accident as I was looking for a new ecig. They don't carry nicotine Vapes or juice just as an fyi. I was immediately impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Shannon spent probably an hour with me on my first visit because I'm really new to medical marijuana. They have a great selection .I left after a totally zero pressure to buy visit and then decided to return and buy a vaporizer. He went over every detail with me and I was very excited to try it. Well, I get the vaporizer home and it wouldn't charge to work. It burned for maybe a minute then never worked after that. I messaged the shop through Yelp and packed it up and returned to the store. My same representative was there. He mentioned utilizing the warrantee but I resisted since I didn't feel I should have to use warrantee when the item doesn't work straight out of the box. I received a response to my Yelp message from the owner. And she got on the phone with Shannon and then boom. Honestly I'm not sure which order those 2 events took place but they took care of the situation in a totally satisfactory manner. I know they must deal with a lot of crap (some lady was in there trying to get a cash refund for a 3 week old grinder) so I appreciated the way they were willing to honor my legitimate return. They exchanged it for a different one and I love it. It's perfect and works every time. I'll go back to that store again and again. Highly recommend.
