  • So we were thinking about a new car and I have wanted a BMW for a while now. I was introduced to the Manager Eric at BMW. He talked to my wife and I asked us questions, then introduced us to Krystel our salesperson. Krystel was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars we were looking at. We decided on a 330i. While we went through the process we talked to many other people and each were friendly. Joe in finance was also very nice, and efficient. After the car was ready Jelena took us to the car and went through all of the controls and features of it, she was also very knowledgeable and helpful in learning out new car. I normally do not like going to dealerships, this experience was nothing like visits to other locations. Thank you all!
