Oh my... they have changed! Not a good thing.
Return policy is probably one of the least customer-friendly of any company I have ever seen.
Totally different from what I was told at the point of sale. Receipt indicated Final Sale even though this was a gift for a May 2012 graduation, with a gift voucher promised for the end of May in case the recipient found the item to be unsuitable.
Store manager is obnoxious, reprimands her employees in front of customers. It would seem that the manager (Judy) is jealous if she does not get the sale herself.
Nice to have the items in-stock, but realize that you will likely end up with a floor sample product. May not be a problem, but if it was handled a lot, you will be paying full price for something that is not brand new.
We have purchased from this company for many years.
This is our last purchase.
Not upfront with policies. Crude, uncaring manager. Getting really close to the "dishonest" label. Purchase with extreme care. Do not leave the store without examining all of your transaction paperwork.
This is not the same store it was years ago. That's a shame.
