Bought a pair of Oakley's to replace a pair that I thought I lost. Ended up finding them and return the new pair to the store, with my receipt and box. The woman took the shades from me, started rubbing them FURIOUSLY with a cloth and then told me I couldn't return them because they had micro scratches, then aggressively folds them into the cloth case and with a flat tone "sorry, anything else I can do?". The male employee next to her looked very embarrassed and gave me a sympathetic look. I visually inspected them before bringing them in and they were in like new condition.
Totally shady and very rude service. This will be the last Oakley's I will ever own.
