  • Called for a free estimate on service, talked to representative to confirm that it is only a free estimate. Plumber came out 45mins late without calling, wanted to charge $65 to write out a FREE estimate, refused to guarantee quote for a period of time if I didn't get the service right than and there. Threatened to double the price as punishment for not getting service right then to force me to get the repair. Aggressive, rude and not good business practices. Refused service due to this. Homeowner beware.
