rev:text	Not too impressed with this place. I purchased a Groupon for a full lash set and 3 week fill just based on all the amazing reviews for Katie I found online. However once I went to make my appointment I quickly became regretful that I bought the groupon. The business never takes phone calls! You can only text and most of the time I wouldn't ever get a response! Once I was finally able to get an appointment it wasn't with Katie, even though I specially said I only wanted her. Her name was Raquel I believe. They also switched up my appointment an hour before hand. Walking in, the place isn't the most welcoming. The girl at the front desk was decent but the atmosphere as a whole, I felt like they didn't want me there and were annoyed to have to do this service for me. When I was getting the lashes done(it took 1 1/2 hours) I asked her to stop once so I could have some water, and I could tell she was irritated. Towards the end I really had to use the restroom and she said "can you hold it?" Then when I was done I got up, went to the restroom, came back, and they had moved all my things to make room for the next person. Just kind of a bizarre way to treat a customer I think. The lashes were okay but I ended up removing them that night because I thought the super shiny lashes looked really artificial and were a little overdone when I asked for a more natural look. For the amount of money I paid I'm not happy and I won't even be going back for the free fill obviously. If I were you I'd take my business elsewhere. There are so many talented people out there that also have good customer service as well.
