THIS IS A HORRIBLE Company and has provided less than optimal service. I got the system installed on November 20th and have had 3 visits since then and each time a technician comes out they blame it on the other. I finally spoke to an actual ADT manager today and he said it might be one of these dealers they've gotten complaint on and are running a scam. They sell used/defective/old equipment to new clients and then lock you into a 3 yr contract. I've called several times and complained and they claim they had the wrong number in they system and that's why Rich Lucky couldn't get a hold of me. Funny how suddenly they have the wrong number, but I had the right one on the contract. I've asked them to pick up the equipment and cancel and after I called last week AGAIN....to complain to a manager, they told me Rich was "in a meeting" and would call me back. STILL no phone call. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and you'll probably see them on Channel 5 news for "business scammers" unless they cancel this contract and pick-up their equipment. For anyone living in the Eastmark Mesa Community, DON'T buy from them! Complete scam!! Even ADT customer service manager is the one that informed me. HORRIBLE!!!
