FRAUD ALERT FRAUD ALERT FRAUD ALERT
This company is committing internet and wire fraud. I won an item marked as being from the "TIFFANY" set. Have not received the card. However, when I go into my invoice on their website, the item is now marked as "1989 Topps Traded Traded Ken Griffey Jr PSA 10". The item I won is worth about $400. The item they are now claiming I bid on is worth about $35. I called them and gave them a chance to remedy this situation. They stated they do not change listings after the fact and it's my fault. Well, as you will see attached, the email confirmation that I won the item, and the current description in the listing.
I have contacted the Arizona State Attorney General's office.
You don't now get to claim that is was a listing mistake after you have been caught in a bait and switch. We are contracted to buy what we bid on. You are contracted to sell what we bid on. You can't keep claiming "mistake listing" when you don't get the price you want. Would have been one thing to claim mistake immediately after the auction closed, not weeks later when I noticed my invoice changed. However, no one contacted me about the "supposed" mistake. You tried to pull a fast one and hoped I wouldn't notice.
Btw, it's a lot easier to submit hundreds of fake reviews on the Better Business Bureaus website than it is to submit fake reviews on Yelp. You deflect the negative reviews here by disparaging Yelp. Yet of course, you don't discredit the positive reviews as potentially being biased or fake as well
