  • They were very helpful and per my request found the button for my coat. They also put it back on my coat and although the button is not the way it was (she suggested that I avoid using the button so it stays on), the coat is usable now. She apologized for what happened and offered a discount for next time I go. However, I think I should have at least gotten the dry cleaning payment back. I don't think I will be going back anyways.
