| - I wish I can give 0 star. Beware this store managers are all impolite and look down on you.
I visited in February 11. I asked if they have a specific watch. A little later, a woman came to me and requested my personal information. So I said that I will not buy them, but my brother will pay and buy them. But she said she want my information because I asked the inventory. So I asked asked again if they have the watch or not. She said she will not check until she get my information. So I said again, I don't buy them because my brother doesn't speak English and doesn't live in America and just visited but he will pay with his own money. Then she said she will not allow to my brother buy them because Tory Burch sell items BY HOUSEHOLD. Entire household member can buy only 5 items entire life time. Honestly I also didn't buy 5 watches before. The reason I was so upset was that she didn't even check inventory but requested my personal information. She insisted that it is Tory Burch Policy( but she said she doesn't have written policy and cannot provide). So I asked to write her name down. But she refused to do that. So I asked to borrow a pen and a paper, and she said "No, it is my property". She just said," I am TINA". So I wrote on my paper to remember, thankfully she borrowed a pen eventually. She is a manager in the store. I can't believe the manager behave like that. I am not sure Tory Burch educates Manager to treat customer in that way. Before that, in December 2017, I have visited same store before and tried to buy some wallets. Anna who also was a manager asked me my ID as if FBI agent. I asked why. She said another person came and bought similar items. I said I can refuse to show you the ID, then she said she will not sell items to me if I don't show my ID. She was also very rude. Somehow I bought some. Then she called "Next customer" when I didn't even grab my shopping bag. The managers in this store are so rude and insults me. They all insist that Tory burch has the policy that Entire household can buy only 5 entire life. Then I live separate with my brother, why do they consider it is 1 household? It is inconsistent.
