  • I dropped my 5c iPhone on hardwood and the screen was black. I could hear calls and beeps but couldn't see the screen or touch to respond. After having an adult meltdown I got on Yelp and went through the the reviews. Next day I walked in and Sam knew right away I needed a new screen and quoted me a price. There website also gives you an indication if you know the issue. I left and walked to Starbucks and when I returned in 10 minutes my phone was working! The prices are reasonable, the location is convenient. It was a great experience and if I ever have another issue with my apple devices I know where to go. Don't cry or think about it just go!
