  • I am BEYOND disgusted in this particular dealership. Currently, my family has three Honda leases and now after finding out about my experience - they refuse to do any further business with them. I went into Honda and returned my lease and signed all of the paperwork to lease another vehicle. I drove my new lease for two weeks and then received a phone call from my sales agent. He asked me to come back to give him my masters degree transcript to prove that I graduated from college two years ago. I handed him the my transcript, which was a 4.0 GPA. After waiting a couple of minutes, he sat me down and wanted to RENEGOTIATE the deal I had already signed for two weeks prior. He wanted to increase the monthly payment price by $80.00. I gave him two options, either I was walking out with the price I originally signed for OR they could take the car back. I couldn't believe that this was even legal. Later, the financial advisor from Honda came to talk to me and was extremely condescending. He confirmed that the only option I wanted to choose was to walk away without the car. I was informed by the financial advisor from a different Findlay dealership that this is a sales tactic that unfortunately still exists here in Henderson. Honda workers believe that you will fall in love with the car and will agree to pay a higher rate than originally discussed/signed for. Overall, they use poor sales tactics and are extremely unprofessional.
