  • Always great good and the shift manager i always see working is a class act. I come in about once per week and although always busy they do a great job of providing consistent quality in their food from one visit to the next. My last visit was a bout three weeks ago and I witnessed a rude ridiculous disrespectful customer verbally attacked multiple employees with no provocation. Shift manager calmly diplomatically asked her to step to the side with him so they can discuss the issue. for more than 20 minutes while I sat there and ate my lunch he professionally and patiently spoke with this raving lunatic genuinely trying to resolve whatever issues she thought she was having. Today was my first return trip since that visit, and it was that same shift manager who was working the cash register, I took the opportunity to give him props on his patience and professionalism he seems like a genuinely nice individual and chipotle should be happy to have him on their team!
