  • I would have given a 5 but the pretester did not seem to know how to work with kids or know 100% what she was doing. She did not give good directions to my son so he was confused about parts of the tests. She was also taking a very long time (15 minutes) on a test that seemed like it should take 5. I had to ask another girl to help her with it. I had also asked the first pretester to clean his glasses twice before she did the eye exam with his glasses on, but she did not. I found out later that she is training. It would probably be best if she had someone with her or for her to not work with kids until she knows what she is doing. I would not want my son to have her again. He is nervous about seeing the eye doctor and this did not help. Her name is Jennifer. The doctor and dispenser were both great. Answered questions and helpful. We have been going to this doctor for 3 years and really like her.
