  • I've been flying Allegiant for about 6 years now and they are never on time. I've experienced my first cancelled flight today. The flight attendants are rude, pompous, belittlers. Try calling their help line...3 hour wait...they say they charge for soda because they don't add the fee in your ticket...I call BS. No other airlines charge you 25 for a carry on, or 50 for a checked bag and then slap you with 40 dollars in fees after that. I have just about 6 months left of having to fly this disgusting excuse for a company and then I'm reporting it to the better business bureau. Any one on here who says, "oh it's a discount airline...don't expect great service" is smoking one. Always expect great service. It's what you are paying them for. I shake my head at you Allegiant.
