  • I've been to this location previously and received poor service. The ONLY reason I gave them another chance was because Levi had been transferred up there. I'd received good service from him before so I followed him to this location. Levi was working with another customer and I was willing to wait for him, because service is super important to me. He asked me to start working with the manager while he finished up. The manager was on the phone trying to get an answer for me, which was great. When he wasn't able to get the answer, he told me to come back tomorrow and someone else would help me. I told him I didn't want to come back, I didn't have time to come back, I'd rather take care of it today. I was planning to upgrade my phone regardless of the answer he was trying to get. Up to this point everything was fine. Then another customer came in and wanted to borrow a charger to charge his phone. Mind you, I was there to BUY a phone, this guy was there to CHARGE a phone. The manager walked away from me, didn't excuse himself, just walked away and started chatting with the guy charging his phone leaving me sitting there. So after a few minutes, I got up to leave because we were apparently finished. Levi called out to me as I was at the door, using the wrong name. My response, "apparently we are done since you both walked away from me before completing my transaction." I'm appalled that the store manager abandoned my transaction for someone charging a phone. Sorry, Levi, but this is consistent with the poor service I've received in the past. I realize you were busy, but I waited an hour to work with you and you passed me off to the manager who was more interested in charging a phone than selling a phone. I'll go back to the location that has given me good service in the past.
