This has probably been the worst bank experience I've ever had. Mr. Allison was horrible when handling any issues. We went to withdraw money and the machine did not give money out. TEN MINUTES before open he REFUSED to help and threatened to call the police due to the fact we wanted to have help to receive our money TEN MINUTES before open. We have called customer service who is absolutely amazing and helpful but if you need to handle ANYONE within this bank they're absolutely horrible and don't care about your needs. We knocked on the door and the FIVE employees inside ignored us....then Benjamin walks up without knowing any of the background story and told us we need to walk away from the door or the police would be called, we asked why the machine was saying it can give out money but we didn't receive any and wanted to make sure we weren't taking excessive amount out. All Benjamin did was tell us a claim can be filed at 9, again let me repeat this 10 MINUTES before opening. He then decided to get agressive and say he was going to shut down our accounts (without even knowing our information or really anything since he literally just walked up and caused a scene) and continually said he would call the cops. I highly recommend finding another chase or bank due to how five employees inside couldn't simply answer the door and that Benjamin K Allison felt so entitled to walk up from his car and threaten both of us without any information or knowing what's happening. Thank you again to the phone customer service reps but will absolutely not be going inside to deal with these tellers who were too busy gossiping and being extremely rude to help the line of customers who needed help for the ATM not working.
