I've been to Owen's a handful of times since moving to South End last year. They've always had good bagels, but each time I left wanting a little more in terms of service. But not today.
I don't know what they've changed, but my experience today was top notch. They had at least 10 employees working behind the counter, they've installed a new ticket system with order numbers (much more efficient!), and the coffee was 100% stocked. I was even asked by two different employees how my day was going! They've definitely stepped service up and it shows. Thanks, Owen's!
