  • As a happy owner of multiple Toyota products, i thought I would consider a Lexus to replace my current BMW. I can say no one greeted me at Metro Lexus. The reception was cold. I had to ask for assistance. What a bad first impression! Focus on customer service versus a fireplace and a shark tank. My goal is a dependable luxury vehicle.
