  • Raf is horrible. Go in to sell off a batch of DVDs, he says it will take 45 minutes to go through since it's hectic due to the holidays. ...The store was not crazy busy, no huge lines, and there was plenty of staff wandering around not doing anything. He tried to encourage us to leave and come back. We declined. Their rules say you can't stand at the counter while they go through your items.. we got there at 5:45. At 7:24 he told another employee that we keep eyeballing him and he pawned us off on another employee and I overheard him then trying to pick up some girl. SMH. This new girl then says it'll be ANOTHER half hour. "It's the holidays" .. again, there is no huge line around the corner, every other person is getting help, and not having their time wasted. I had to flip out on her for her to say "ok I'll put this (whatever else she was doing) aside and get on this" ... it took her 10 minutes to scan everything and finish. WHY DID THIS TAKE 2 HOURS THEN?!?! Absolute waste and disrespect of our time.. not theirs.. they have to be here regardless. She apologized. He didn't.
