  • First visit will be my last. When I dropped my 4 shirts off initially, there was a middle aged woman that was polite, informative, and customer oriented. But when I returned today, a young Asian girl with glasses was running the counter. When I entered, I said Hello! To which there was no response. She held her hand out to take my ticket with a blank stare on her face. She pulled down my shirts, put them on the rung, "12.37" was only words out of her mouth. She made my change, then turned around to go into the back with saying Thank you or Goodbye or Have a nice day, nothing. This is not customer service and with so many options in the area, my business will go elsewhere. A big shame!
