  • 1 star is actually more than what Greyhound deserves. I've booked a ticket at 12:10 from Tucson to Phoenix, from where I'm gonna get on a flight in the next 3hrs. When I went to the Greyhound station in Tucson ar 11:50, I was told that it was cancelled. No notification before hand. The next trip would be 1:55pm, and the guy gave a one choice only to get a refund or miss the flight! Can you believe it? I was shocked and disappointed. Never get on a Greyhound bus. Bad service. Over !
