  • My family and I came to Rise and Shine for lunch today. After a 30 minute wait, we waited an a additional 45 minutes to receive our meal. During this time the waitress never came by to check on us or refill our drinks. When she finally came back, she admitted that she forgot to put our order in. The manager came over to apologize and offer to discount our meal. However, when we received the bill nothing was taken off. The food there is okay, but the customer service is horrendous.
