Booked this service on a 3-for-2 promotion (3 movers for the price of 2). We had some plumbing issues come up in the new place, and emailed Energy about the possibility of switching the move date to the next day instead. They responded with a simple email saying that the date had been moved to the next morning. Great.
What they didn't mention was that the promotion that we had booked under no longer applied. Only 2 movers showed up on the morning of the move, and as would be expected, they took much longer to do the move than 3 movers would have.
We were billed for 3 movers (clearly stated on the receipt), and when we contacted Energy to fix the issue, we were told "Sorry, that promotion only applies to certain days." After several emails, Energy admitted that they should have informed us of the change to the service that we were to be receiving, but were only willing to offer a small, token refund.
Was a returning customer and once a big fan of Energy, but this move ended up costing us a third more than anticipated and their customer service left much to be desired!
