  • Do not purchase a vehicle here if you live out of state. My husband purchased a truck here back in July (2014) and we have yet to be able to register it in California. I have called the manager Matt Labbate who sold us the truck numerous of times and have not heard anything back from him so we are on our own trying to figure it out. I guess the service is good until you buy a car, once that's done they have no need to make you happy. We were told by the dealership that registering it here would be easy. Quite the contrary! This will be our third extension at the DMV as they have not received the title that we requested three times now (Finance companies fault). Also we were told we purchased an full extended warranty and I called to schedule a service and they informed us that the plan only has up to 10 oil changes and four tire rotations. We were under the impression that we bought a full warranty package that offered rental services, and any wear and tear services (brakes, oil changes, tire rotations, and any other mechanical issues). We are looking to buy a new car and I will not be going to Airpark Dodge.
