  • If I could give zero stars I would! The Manager/Supervisor TRAVIS was extremely rude to me and my coworker today (8/1/16) around 2:20pm. we walked in to purchase and HP laptop - we had a few questions and were told about price matching. We showed Travis the price of the same computer at office max and Travis tried to find it online and couldn't find it. He used no effort in further finding out the price office max had for the same computer. Now at this time we were on our lunch break, ready to purchase a laptop and get back to work, my coworker asked "about how long do you think this will be? I only ask because I am on my lunch and don't want to be late.".... Travis replied "I don't know, 5 min, 10 min I don't know I don't really have a time frame. But you know what I can't do it sorry!"... I said, "can't do what?".. Travis said "I can't help you ladies sorry." Whatever his reason was to not help us and to not match a price is beyond me. I'm disgusted by his attitude and I feel bad that he is someone's manager/supervisor. Extremely arrogant and unpleasant. Travis please learn how to treat customers better!
