  • Shaun Muaina (my attorney) for a car accident my daughter and I were in got me a decent settlement being that it started off with a negative balance approx. $400 + to a net worth of approx. $1,200 that's not bad being that it was a minor fender bender. So I was very happy with Shaun's service plus putting up with me is just an added plus and no charge LOL!! Shaun is also handling my workman's comp case, although I was not as happy with the outcome of this case it had nothing to do with Shaun's abilities as an attorney. The WC system is BROKEN in a very poor way and needs to be fixed for all the right reason and not geared so much for the WC gain. However no complaints with how Shaun handled either of my cases. I would recommend him, Amanda (workmans comp supvrsr) she is AWESOME!! For the entire 1st year of my WC case I thought Amanda was my ATTORNEY that's how good she is, she is on top of her game in every way imaginable. It wasn't until after a year had passed that my daughter informed me that Amanda was not my attorney LOL!! none the less she could be an attorney if she chose to be that's how GOOD she is at what she does. So Props to Henness & Haight....Shaun Muaina, Amanda Roop for all their professionalism, caring and putting up with me!! Thank You For All You Did For Me....much appreciated from the bottom of my heart!! Roxanne Gomez
