  • AMAZING. I had the cinnamon ice cream with oatmeal lace cookies which were being sold in the sticklers food truck at the steel city pizza fest. I chose the cinnamon oatmeal over the chocolate chunk vanilla bean at the recommendation of the guy working the truck and I am so glad I did! The cinnamon ice cream was perfectly soft and creamy and flecked with cinnamon. It had a great cinnamon flavor but wasn't hot by any means--which is just the way I prefer my cinnamon. The oatmeal lace cookies were the perfect thickness at texture. I loved how bits of the cookie would get mixed into the ice cream as I was biting -- it was almost like having sweet oatmeal as a mix in to the ice cream. Initially the BF said he didn't want any but after one bite he ended up eating almost half. It was sooo good! I can't wait to try a few more flavors.
