  • Today I was refused coverage for my dog's UTI. They claimed it was pre-existing, because she is being treated for incontinence the last few years... and the two are not related. Her hormone supplement has nothing to do with her developing a UTI. Avoid Embrace as it appears they look for every opportunity to avoid legitimate claims. This has been my only claim and they refused it. I'll be dropping them. By the way my Vet confirmed their analysis was wrong.
