  • Been almost a year since my carpets had been cleaned, with 2 dogs... They were in dire need! I turned to Yelp and surprisingly only 2 carpet cleaning places had reviews. I called the other place and... No answer. So I called Heaven's Best and I'm glad I did and I see why they have so many 5 star reviews. Tim and Josh were the 2 people who showed up to clean my carpets. They were friendly and incredibly professional. I couldn't be happier. After they did the master I was a little concerned because a stain (one of the reasons I was getting my carpets done) was still very visible. But at the end while Josh was packing up Tim explained to me that the spot should start fading as the carpet dried... And he assured me if it didn't they would be back out to treat it again. But, sure enough, 30-45 minutes later... The spot was gone! Phew! Thanks guys!! Keep up the good work!! I'll be seeing you again in a few months!
