  • As an Italian Born and raised in the Chicago area I was anxious to check it out. I are arrived about an hour before closing and the only customer the entire time. I placed a carry out order of 3 Italian Beef sandwiches with the beef stock, and roasted peppers on the side. I also ordered 3 orders of potatoes, slaw and salad. Paid close to $60 and took it home. What a disappointment. All they gave me was the sandwiches and plain salad. Everything else was missing. I'm not hard to please and if the place was packed and the employees pressured I would of gave them the benefit of the doubt. I specifically sent an email to their upper management but was never contacted. I'll never go back.
