  • Apparently, Stations Casino (Owner of the Fiesta) has other plans for this space because they have put no effort into making the restaurant work. Slow service from start to finish. I mean 90 minutes for two people to get seated, order a simple meal each, have it delivered to our table (cold) and getting to pay for it. It was not a busy night and plenty of tables were open. I ordered simple cheeseburger and fries, wife ordered similar. Nothing fancy. Saw the waitress maybe three times and literally had to block her path once to get her attention. I would have stopped to complain to management, but at the rate of service, I would still be there waiting.
