  • Airworx is just okay. Great concept, they just need to try a little harder. Me and my kids enjoyed the trampolines and aeroball setup however the place was rather dirty. We saw food wrappers in the aeroball equipment, dried up soda or juice on the floor in the ping-pong room, and their carpets could use some vacuuming and shampooing (every once in awhile). They want you to take your shoes off and they have signs posted that say "no food or drinks", so maybe they had a big party the day before and forgot to cleanup before opening for business the next day! Some of the employees could also use a little training in customer service, maybe that's why the place was so dirty. Also, once you've done the trampolines, aeroball and dodge ball there really is nothing else to do. My 4 and 7 y.o. got bored, so an hour there is plenty of time. Been there, done that, don't need to do it again!
