  • We waited 4 weeks for a Palm to be delivered and planted. They do not return phone calls, or get back to you about prior questions. They broke our pool pipe when removing the dead Palm. Took a week to get the charge credited and only when we went down there did it actually happen. The planters were sloppy and rude.
