  • I've lived at this community for 5 years. I love it. Of course there are issues no matter where you live, even if you own your own home. Something may break, leak or back up. But living in an apartment it's very easy to place blame on others (management). Have I seen roaches...yes! If I didn't see roaches living in a desert then there would be serious issues. Every single apartment site on Yelp, each negative reviewer complains of roaches. I always laugh, because you live in a desert, what do you expect?!? As far as other negative issues, whenever something doesn't go someone's way they blame "management". If you pay your rent on time, like I have for 5 years, I promise you won't write a negative review. Wonderful place to live.
