Restaurant is better for brunch, which takes place 7 days a week, vs dinner. Dinner menu is over priced (pizzas are $20+), limited in variety and lacks cohesion. From what we sampled it was good but once again over priced. The short rib entree ($38) was the size of a Tomahawk steak with bone just as large. Although enough for two people they could serve a smaller portion and lower the price. Mac and cheese ($13) was bland and tasted like Kraft white cheddar straight from the box. Even the server agreed. White bean hummus ($10) was great but they give you so little pita bread youre stuck with half the jar remaining and no pita bread.
One sticking point that will not see me returning or sending any of my friends is the fact you cant use the 20% off business card they give out and Opentable giftcard at the same time. One is to be treated like cash and the other is a discount offered by the restaurant. We could have split the check and created a hassle but its not worth it. Manager came by and snidely said 'you can use this 20% off next time.' They want your business but not bad enough to honor their own discounts.
