  • I have been going to chuys since south park days, but every time I go back it seems to be less desirable. The newer Waverly location is just bad. Since it has opened it has been slow service with really average at best food. Even the New Mexican martini has suffered. Save yourself the dissatisfaction of a poorly run bad TexMex experience and eat elsewhere. Hopefully something decent will occupy this space because this chain won't last under it's current direction.
