  • Ok so this sucks that I have to give them 2 stars I would love to give them 5 but unfortunately due to a lack of customer service and not with the servers but more management so I have come in here atleast 6 times and I will say I love the food it's amazing haven't had a bad thing but I brought my husband in with me about two weeks ago after leaving he realized he forgot his hat I called it had been no more than 10 mins since we left the women on the phone said yes we have it Ill put it up for you I informed her I wouldn't be in to pick it up for a week she said no problem and we hung up I came in less than a week later and she instantly recognized me and said oh your hat let me grab it when she went to get it where she left it she found it was gone she asked everyone that was at work if they moved it no one said they had the manger than got involved first trying to tell me we don't have your hat no one ever called us about it basically saying I was lying than I said no this women here remembers she informed him yes this is true he than asked for my number so he could ask around and call he called me back about 2 hours later but I was at work and couldn't answer I than called him that same day and left him a message only for him to never return my call I came in a week later to grab lunch and find out what happen to my hat they told me they no idea about a hat and they don't have it the manger didn't even come out to speak with me even though I saw he was there they didn't discount my meal as an I'm sorry we lost or stole your hat obviously it's just a hat I will replace it but I was treated like I was lying given the runaround and was never even giving an apology it sucks cause I really do love it here and the day waitress is so sweet but I just don't know if I can return to a place that treats their customers this way 2 stars are for the day waitress I wish I knew her name and the food is good but there is great food everywhere in vegas how I'm treated matters
