  • If someone were to tell me that the guys who worked here had no previous experience working in customer service or with cars, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised. We took my mom's car here three separate times and it wasn't until the third time we took it that they figured out what the problems with the car were. Today, I took my car here for an oil change and was told it wouldn't take more than an hour for them to take my car in and service it. An hour passes by and they haven't even taken my car back to be serviced? No one mentioned anything about a delay and I also came in at noon, the time my car was supposed to be seen. What's the point of making an appointment if they're not going to be punctual here? It's now 1:30 pm and I'm sitting at sonic writing this review to tell anyone who considers coming here that the staff at the Sonic Drive In (yes, the fast food place) could probably do a better job with your car then the staff at this Big O Tires location. P.S. - It took over two hours here for a simple oil change.
