  • Before Eric even arrived I had chatted with his wife a few times about scheduling. She was professional and very kind to work with. Eric arrived on time and ready to work. He even entertained my little boys' silly questions about the machine he was using and whatnot; he happily explained to them how everything worked. It was too cute! I ran off to take my kids to school and by the time I got back, the carpets were perfectly cleaned and Eric was cleaning up his equipment. We shook hands and that was that. I love that this is a family owned and operated business and how sweet this couple is. We will absolutely refer friends and family and call Wardlows when it's time for another carpet cleaning. Excellent service! The Sacramento area is lucky to have you guys!
