  • The nicest place I stayed during my three night trip to Cleveland for work. I normally stay in Marriott branded properties when traveling for work (Fairfield, SpringHill, etc), but all of the locations I was visiting were either non convenient or not looking so great. So this was my Hilton branded trip. I arrived around 9:00 PM after a full day of travel. Parking was easy and I was greeted right away at the front desk. The young gentleman quickly got me checked in and provided me with some info about breakfast and the other amenities. The room was located where I wanted it (top floor, near elevator) and my bed preference was taken care of (only trifecta of my trip). Room was clean & comfortable. Love the lap desks (great for eating your dinner in bed, as well as some laptop work!) and the comfy beds. The only oddball was the soap dish in the bathroom looked pretty scummy. Not sure if the housekeeper just missed cleaning it between guests, but I just put my soap in a cup instead. I'd definitely stay at this location again.
